Guwahati – Dawki
Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, where our representative will assist you with your transfer to Dawki. En route, visit the scenic Umiam Lake and enjoy its beautiful surroundings. Continue to Dawki and check in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring nearby attractions or relaxing at the hotel. Overnight stay in Dawki.
Sightseeing in Dawki
After an early breakfast, the town tour and other excursion activities will be enjoyed by you. Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the day’s first destination, which is Mawlynnong. You will visit the popular tourist attractions here, such as Jingmaham Living Root Bridge, Mawlynnong Village, and waterfalls. You will return to Dawki in the afternoon for lunch. Post that, you can go out boating in the crystal clear water of the rivers. While boating, you can see the river bed; the water is so clear. After having a wonderful day and enjoying so much good food and activities, call it a day, and post having dinner, enjoy a good sleep at the hotel.
Dawki – Guwahati
After having a scrumptious breakfast, you will say goodbye to the beautiful town of Dawki, and from here, you will be taken to the Guwahati airport/ railway station for your onward journey.
Shillong – Cherapunjee – Shillong
After breakfast, drive from Shillong to Cherrapunjee, known for its spectacular waterfalls and natural wonders. Explore the famous Mawsmai Cave, featuring fascinating stalactite and stalagmite formations.
Continue to the breathtaking Nohkalikai Falls and visit other remarkable caves, including Lawshynna Cave and Mawmluh Cave. Later, admire the scenic Noh-Sngithiang Falls, Kynrem Falls, and Elephant Falls. After sightseeing, return to Shillong in the evening for an overnight stay.
Shillong – Umaim Lake – Guwahati
After breakfast, drive to Umiam Lake, the largest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Surrounded by lush coniferous forests, this peaceful destination is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. You can also try activities such as boating, kayaking, fishing, and angling, or simply enjoy a picnic by the lakeside.
